Monthly matter pictures
A recurring, human-prepared set of the same views each month, drawn from the firm's latest export.
Some firms only need a picture at year end. Others want the same eight views every month so the conversation does not restart from scratch. Monthly matter pictures are that quieter job: we redraw the agreed charts from a fresh export and send them in time for the meeting.
The chart list is frozen on purpose. Adding a new view mid-year is possible, but it is a separate conversation so the partnership still recognises the pack.
This is not a screen that updates itself. It is a person in Grays checking that the ageing buckets still match the firm's file-status codes.
